Jeep Safari Tripiti Gorge and Beach

Οur first stop is the village of Agios Myronas a beautiful town built on the top of the hill with a great panoramic view over vineyards and olive groves. Here we will have the opportunity to admire the traditional architecture, the impressive school clock visible from all around, visit the church of Agios Myronas, the bishop of Gortys and also visit the hermitage and the tomb of the Saint and see up close the holy water running for centuries from the cave of St. Myron.

Leaving the village of Agios Myronas we head to the south and do our next stop at the village of Prinias. Here we will visit Rakokazano and will discover the process of making raki. Here you will also have a chance to taste traditional Cretan raki and some local delicacies.

Following the way to the southern coast we arrive at the foothill of Asterousia and climb to an altitude of 850 meters. Here begins to seem the wild side of South Crete and the landscapes are really gorgeous.

Crossing the beautiful gorge of Trypiti we arrive at one of the best beaches of Crete with the crystal clear waters. Here we will enjoying our meal and have enough time for refreshing swim in the beautiful waters of the Lybian sea.

On the way back we will make a stop at the village of Agios Thomas where we will see the Roman tombs and Byzantine churches and then with what best pictures in our mind we will arrive in hotel
